Anforderungen
- •Experience in AEMP environment or qualification as Technical Sterilization Assistant
- •5+ years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management
- •Detailed knowledge of regulations, standards, and guidance in reprocessing of reusable medical devices
- •Experience or working knowledge of use and reprocessing of complex medical devices
- •Proven ability to work effectively and drive results as part of a team
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- •Willingness to be flexible with work hours
- •Ability to plan, organize, and oversee complex assignments
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Ability to travel overnight up to 70%

- •Develop expertise in Intuitive technology and I&A reprocessing
- •Ensure proper handling and care of Intuitive instruments and accessories
- •Maintain knowledge of regulations and standards for reprocessing medical devices
- •Independently manage your assigned territory and schedule
- •Conduct consulting and educational initiatives for targeted customers
- •Provide in-person and remote consulting services to add customer value
- •Deliver staff training and consultation on program readiness and efficiency
- •Support complex customer engagements and collaborate with internal teams
- •Formulate customized solutions based on hospital use patterns and feedback
- •Align with sales and failure analysis partners for tailored customer assistance
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Genesis program quality and effectiveness
- •Run reports and analyze data for customer engagement preparation
- •Support Genesis and Intuitive events and conferences, both in-person and virtual
- •Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after training
