Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
  • Strong understanding of utility distribution networks
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies
  • Strong understanding of grid modernization trends
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Technical expertise in power systems
  • Technical expertise in DA technologies
  • Familiarity with IEC 61850, DNP3, and Modbus
  • Experience in developing market-specific sales strategies
  • Strong customer-centric approach
  • Ability to identify pain points and tailor solutions
  • Solid understanding of pricing models and profitability
  • Solid understanding of commercial strategy
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
