- •Ensure expert product knowledge among team members
- •Achieve KPIs in alignment with company strategy
- •Recruit a passionate sales team focused on customer service
- •Innovate ways to meet KPIs and report sales data accurately
- •Conduct monthly financial reviews to ensure P&L and EBITDA targets are met
- •Create seasonal training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- •Collaborate with senior leadership to improve customer service
- •Order and manage products and materials for the store
- •Perform monthly stock takes to ensure stock accuracy
- •Become an expert in Soho Home's interior design and style
- •Maintain visual merchandising standards with a commercial focus
- •Build relationships with stakeholders across internal departments
