In this role, you’ll ensure quality throughout the development cycle, drive QA processes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. With your experience, you’ll mentor junior testers, contribute to team development, and support the implementation of automated testing tools. We look forward to your application! * As a (Senior) Game Tester (m/f/d) you take full ownership of hands-on game testing by independently performing test passes across multiple devices and platforms, including documentation, bug reporting, and a variety of test types (exploratory, regression, smoke, etc.) * You also take ownership of QA processes, including creating and maintaining test plans, ensuring quality throughout the development cycle, and being responsible for assigned features or titles * Moreover, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, track bug fixes, and actively contribute to sprints, reviews, and milestone meetings * In addition, you will mentor junior QA team members by providing them with best practices and expertise to support their growth and the development of the entire team. * Last but not least, you support test automation efforts by implementing and using automated testing tools or pipelines * 5+ years experience in QA for games, with multiple shipped titles in a senior or lead testing role * Experience in the Casino Game Industry * Fluent in English, German is nice to have * Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum workflows * Strong bug writing, communication, and documentation skills * Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, DevTrack) * Experience testing on various platforms (PC, mobile, EGMs) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * **General conditions:**Flexible working time models, hybrid work model, competitive salary * **Advanced training & career:** High degree of personal responsibility, diverse development opportunities throughout the entire group of companies * **Team & Community:**Open door attitude, friendly corporate culture, staff events, departmental events * **Exclusive offers:**Local offers and a great office location
