- •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in design of avionics, communication and power systems for aerospace sector
- •Broad understanding of space-based avionics, communications and power systems
- •Strong systems engineering background
- •Hands-on experience with development, assembly, integration and testing of electrical units for space applications
- •Strong oral and written communication skills
- •Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- •Strong organizing and prioritization of tasks
- •Positive and flexible attitude to get the job done
- •Ability to communicate at all levels of the business

- •Define functional breakdowns and high-level requirements

- •Develop implementation, verification, and validation plans
- •Create hardware solutions for future projects
- •Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of work packages
- •Collaborate with the Bid Manager on technical and programmatic aspects for proposals
