Anforderungen
- •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, financial accounting, or audit
- •Strong financial acumen with up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and/or IFRS
- •Completed commercial or accounting-related education, ideally complemented by a professional accounting qualification
- •Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
- •Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting or fund administration software is an advantage
- •Excellent command of English
- •Strong communication skills, team spirit, and ability to work independently and proactively

Deine Aufgaben
- •Perform day-to-day accounting for closed-end funds
- •Maintain investment ledgers and general ledger accounts
- •Book capital calls, distributions, management fees, and other fund-related expenses
- •Manage accounts payable
- •Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements under UK GAAP, US GAAP, and fair value principles
- •Execute month-end closes and reconciliations of cash, investments, and balance sheet accounts
- •Conduct variance analyses
- •Review transaction documentation and prepare transaction overview sheets
- •Maintain organized documentation for all fund accounting activities
- •Research and resolve discrepancies and ad hoc issues independently
- •Assist with preparation of regulatory filings and investor reporting packages
- •Contribute to improvement and automation of accounting processes
