Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields
•8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules
•Significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
•Strong knowledge of SAP Finance end-to-end processes
•Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations and transformations
•In-depth understanding of SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
•Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality
•Solid understanding of SAP finance integration with other enterprise systems
•Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and new features
•Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and UI/UX design principles
•Strong understanding of financial regulations, audit, and compliance standards
•Experience with project management methodologies and tools

•Design and implement SAP Finance solutions on S/4HANA
•Define finance business requirements and process design
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate finance needs into SAP solutions
•Lead migration initiatives from ECC to S/4HANA
•Develop functional specifications aligned with business needs
•Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for finance modules
•Mentor junior consultants and provide training to teams and clients
•Guide on SAP FI/CO integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
•Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
•Prepare documentation, including configuration guides and training materials
•Conduct meetings with business leaders and IT teams to track project progress
