As a **Function Controller (m/f/d) Logistics** you will report to the Head of Controlling Support Functions in the Finance department based in **Obernai**or **Blieskastel**for a **permanent** contract.
In your role, you will strengthen our Functional Controller team. As the point of contact for the business, operational and leadership teams in Logistics Germany and France, you are contributing to our company's success by managing, organising and reporting on group financial functions.
**Your tasks**
* You prepare elements for reporting, budget, forecasts and business plans and you monitor and analyze the actual situation in relation to previous years, budget and forecast
* You are actively involved in the month-end closing process, preparing journal entries, establishing analysis, bridges and writing comments
* You ensure the accuracy of management control and respect of group financial standards
* You support and advise operational management in the follow-up of key-figures and targets within the logistics functions
* You develop suggestions for improvement to optimize financial performance
**Your profile**
* You hold a Master’s degree in finance, business school or an equivalent qualification
* You have a proven track record of at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the field of logistics, transportation or manufacturing
* You possess a robust set of financial, control and compliance process skills
* You have an analytical and results-oriented way of working and you can make hard problems easy to understand
* You are an expert in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and you are a specialist in SAP CO, FI and BW
* You speak fluently English, German and/or French
