## Full Stack Software Engineer (gn)

##### Your mission
You will be part of a team working on robot fleet management, simulation, and data analysis, modernizing entire production lines with Wandelbots systems. The software you help create will be used to optimize large factories, improving the efficiency and competitiveness of European manufacturing.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain web-based frontend applications using modern frameworks (e.g. React, TypeScript), with help from beautiful Figma designs
* Contribute to scalable and maintainable backend API services using Python and related frameworks
* Implement and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using tools such as Playwright
* Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to define, design, and ship new features
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
* Work with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes to ensure scalable and reliable deployments
* Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions
* Support an increasing test coverage across multiple layers of the testing pyramid (unit, integration, and e2e tests), to ensure the safe and bug-free use of powerful physical robots
##### Your profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Several years of professional experience as a software developer with a strong focus on full stack development
* Solid experience with web technologies, especially modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Svelte)
* Good proficiency in Python, with knowledge of backend development frameworks and principles
* Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, ideally Playwright or similar (e.g., Cypress, Selenium)
* Experience with CI/CD pipeline definition, software packaging (e.g., Pip, Conan), and test automation (gtest, pytest)
* Basic understanding of cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and service architectures
* Capable of writing OpenAPI specifications and designing service APIs
* Experience with branch-based Git development workflows, such as merge request pipelines and code review
* Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative working style
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)

* Understanding of the fundamentals of articulated robots and control systems
* Experience in robotics, IoT, or industrial automation domains
* Deep understanding of how to develop scalable, high-quality software
* Ability to think outside of the box to find the best solutions, engaging others along the way
* Knowledge of cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
