Anforderungen
- •Minimum of 5 years working experience in design and development of web applications
- •University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent
- •Professional experience in designing, developing, testing, releasing, and monitoring solutions using Python, C/C++/C#, Java, Go, or Rust
- •Excellent foundation in computer science fundamentals: Data Structures and Algorithms
- •Proven work experience in design and development of Relational Databases
- •Proficient with SDLC tools and DevOps (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Azure DevOps)
- •Hands-on experience with Databricks, Data Lake, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- •Familiarity with large-scale ETL workflows and Spark, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- •First experiences with AI solution building are a plus
- •Interest in learning fundamental notions of financial markets and investment management
- •Comfortable working in a dynamic, global, and culturally diverse environment
- •Ability to work independently with high motivation to design and deliver best in class solutions
- •Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- •Agile mindset, effective communication skills, enjoys business collaboration

- •Build, maintain, and enhance backend components and APIs
- •Adhere to compliant software development lifecycle standards
- •Take ownership of delivery results
- •Contribute to technical design setup for performance and security compliance
- •Develop and manage data pipelines and ETL processes
- •Steer refactoring and architecture rework of existing code
- •Design and enhance AI-backed solutions for investment workflows
- •Engage with investment teams to capture business and data requirements
- •Gather feedback and resolve issues with backend solutions
- •Support platform monitoring and issue resolution
- •Conduct regular health checks of the platform
- •Stay updated on innovative technologies to improve platform efficiency
- •Develop an understanding of the Asset Management business
