Anforderungen

  • •Commercial or technical education/background
  • •Several years of experience in a similar role
  • •Fluent knowledge of MS Office
  • •Knowledge of SAP program (advantageous)

  • •Ability to meet customer expectations

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Input customer orders into the order management system
  • •Prepare and send order confirmations and commercial contracts
  • •Track the status of customer orders proactively
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery dates
  • •Inform customers of any deviations from the plan
  • •Organize deliveries with the export team according to confirmed dates
  • •Follow up on payment status to minimize overdue accounts
  • •Supervise factory acceptance tests with client participation
  • •Collaborate with teams to address customer requirements and improve processes
  • •Analyze performance data and report results to management
