# Freight forwarder Zurich (m/f/d)
For our branch in Zurich, we are looking for International Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
**YOUR FUTHER ROLL:**
* *Coordinate the implementation of new ocean freight lanes from Belgium ensuring smooth operational setup and customer satisfaction.*
* *Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures tailored to specific customer and lane requirements*
* *Manage first level escalations and deviations, resolving issues efficiently and professionally*
* *Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing updates and proactive solutions.*
* *Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and contract managers, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables*
* *Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement*
* *Participate in and support day to day operational tasks as required to ensure seamless execution*
**THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:**
* *Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Flemish is a plus*
* *Experience in ocean freight logistics, preferably within 3 PL environment*
* *Strong problem solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure*
* *Demonstrated experience in drafting and managing SOPs*
* *Willingness to engage in hands-on operational work as part of daily responsibilities*
* *Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail*
