Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in internal and/or external audit
- •3–5 years of hands-on experience managing complex investigations
- •Professional qualification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- •Strong data analytics skills and attention to detail
- •Fluency in English and proficiency in one additional language
- •EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit

- •Support the Fraud Prevention & Investigations Manager in coordinating internal fraud investigations
- •Lead inquiries from the MSC Speak Up Line and other ethics reporting channels
- •Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraud and employee misconduct
- •Analyze financial data and transactions to detect irregularities
- •Interview witnesses and implicated parties, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and Finance
- •Document findings and present actionable reports to Group Management and stakeholders
- •Conduct fraud risk assessments to evaluate internal controls
- •Contribute to improving the Group’s internal control framework
- •Monitor fraud trends and control failures to enhance prevention strategies
- •Develop and deliver fraud awareness training and workshops
- •Promote a strong fraud risk culture within the organization
- •Guide audit teams in embedding fraud detection controls into audit programs
