##### Your mission
As the Founders Associate at OKAPI:Orbits, you can expect a dynamic and multifaceted role that plays a pivotal part in the company's success. Your responsibilities will go beyond traditional administrative tasks and will be closely aligned with the fast-paced and innovative environment of our space start-up. With your exceptional organizational skills, an eye for details, and the ability to constantly achieve exceptional results, also under pressure, you are the ideal candidate! You will closely work with our CEO and Chief of Staff while being in close exchange also with the rest of the company and external stakeholders. Therefore, we expect a proactive and open communication and engagement.
##### Your tasks and responsibilities
* **Close Collaboration with Leadership**: You'll work directly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Your role is to support especially our CEO's and Chief of Staff's day-to-day activities and act as a key liaison between them and the rest of the organization.
* **Administrative Duties**: You'll manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence to maximize our team's efficiency. Also drafting reports and creating important presentations is a task of your job.
* **Project Management**: In addition to day-to-day tasks, you support the coordination and management of smaller projects, which can range from organizing company events to handling investor relations.

* **Confidentiality**: You'll have access to sensitive information, so maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality is crucial.

* Your **English level** should be C1, spoken and written.
* You are already located in Germany, ideally Brunswick because you will **work onsite** in our office in Brunswick. Therefore, for this position, we do not consider applicants with a residence outside Germany.
* Ideally, you are enrolled in a master's degree, like technology-oriented management, industrial engineering, business administration, space engineering with practical business experience. You should be enrolled for at least the next six months, and understand this position as a potential stepping stone for your future career at OKAPI:Orbits. Please also share your past and current university reports including grades.
**These qualifications are a bonus:**
* **Tech-Savviness**: A strong understanding of software and the space industry can be an advantage, as it will help you better comprehend the business and provide more effective support.
