Join revel8 on the mission to create 10 million human firewalls! ##### Your role * **Drive special Initiatives:**Directly engage with the Founders and our team by taking ownership of ad-hoc projects, showcasing your adaptability and eagerness to explore new areas and handle urgent topics. * **Support core operations:**Get hands-on with the business operations side of an early-stage startup, from improving internal processes and supporting finance, marketing and admin tasks, to helping set up the operational foundation for scaling. * **Demonstrate your number skills:**Support the development and maintenance of our financial model. Take ownership of financial tracking and contribute to investor communications by preparing materials and reports that highlight our performance and vision. * **Build the marketing engine:**Experiment with new marketing channels and drive inbound growth by optimizing our web presence through SEO and emerging advertising tools. Play a key role in identifying high-impact events and conferences, while also developing bold marketing content and campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, newsletters, our website, podcasts, and more. * **Support Compliance & Data Protection:** Learn and contribute to our efforts in ensuring compliance with key regulations such as GDPR. Help us maintain secure, compliant operations by supporting data protection initiatives and upholding high standards. * **Enhance Internal Efficiency:** Identify opportunities to improve workflows, implement effective tools, and support team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations. ##### Your profile * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. * A natural problem-solver and analytical thinker, you enjoy tackling complex challenges head-on, even when the going gets tough. * Open-minded and curious, you're excited by new challenges and thrive in unfamiliar domains, always ready to learn. * A true self-starter with a strong work ethic, you take initiative and can work independently to drive projects forward. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * You’re tech-savvy and confident with AI tools, with “classics” like PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and Notion, and eager to dive into new tools (e.g., Make.com) to optimize our processes and improve our marketing engine. * Fluent in both English and German, enabling seamless communication within our international team, our clients and other stakeholders. ##### What we offer * **Accelerated Learning:**Work closely with our founders and our experienced and motivated team, gaining hands-on experience across a wide array of projects critical to building and scaling a company. * **Broad Exposure:** Dive deep into diverse operational areas, from strategic projects to finance and marketing.
