Anforderungen
- •Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent development, and evaluation frameworks
- •Experience building AI Agents and working with different AgentSDK
- •Proven track record of designing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining complex web applications
- •Fast prototyping skills to test hypotheses directly with customers
- •Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- •Extensive experience building modern backend systems using Node.js and Express.js
- •Experience in frontend development with React
- •Ability to work closely with customers on-site in fast iteration cycles
- •Strong product-minded thinking about the product
- •Frequent travel to customer sites to build in person with customers
- •Positive, problem-solving mindset and proactive idea generation
- •Passion for creating products that solve real-world problems
- •Good communication skills with technical and non-technical folks
- •Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- •Passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced engineers
- •Based in Europe with European citizenship, active working visa, or self-employed status
