- •Initial experience or several years of professional practice in product development within the food industry
- •University degree in food technology, nutrition science, product management, or comparable field
- •Fluency in English (German is a plus)
- •Strong grasp of quality standards, sensory evaluation, and end-to-end product lifecycle processes
- •Refined understanding of taste, texture, and ingredient functionality
