Anforderungen

  • •Strong experience in firmware validation and testing for embedded systems
  • •Proficiency in Python and C programming
  • •Strong experience in lab conditions and handling RF equipment for interoperability testing
  • •Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • •Solid understanding of Sub-GHz IoT communication protocols and frontend chip architecture
  • •Know-how with software defined radio (SDR) would be a benefit
  • •Proven ability to lead and mentor a small engineering team
  • •Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

  • •Drive specifications for test setups and cases from system level requirements
  • •Design and execute validation plans for IoT frontend chip firmware
  • •Apply and extend existing test frameworks and scripts for functional, stress, and performance testing
  • •Strive for fully automated and reproducible test setups and execution flows
  • •Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 junior engineers
  • •Provide guidance on best practices for firmware testing and debugging
  • •Break down work packages and estimate efforts
  • •Collaborate with hardware, software, and system teams for seamless integration
  • •Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in English
  • •Implement test setups and lab setups for IoT RF communication
  • •Create test specifications and lead implementation using Python and C
  • •Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues at firmware and system level
