# Financial Performance Lead (all genders)

**Your position**
As a Financial Performance Lead, you will play a key role in steering the financial performance of our Digital Transformation (DT). You will drive transparency, accuracy, and alignment of financial planning, cost control, and performance reporting—enabling data-driven decisions that support innovation and operational excellence across the Digital Transformation Team. With your team you will be responsible for cost-related coordination, including the preparation and support of cost planning, budgeting, and service calculation. Additionally, you will monitor and report on OPEX and CAPEX expenses, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
**Your tasks**
* Lead financial performance sessions with DT leaders to enhance cost control and decision-making
* Monitor actual DT costs and investments against budgets and company objectives, providing cost analyses to support decision-making
* Oversee cost collection, allocation, monitoring, and reporting, highlighting key financial insights
* Coordinate the creation, modification, and blocking of master data to maintain consistency and accuracy
* Conduct cost analyses using various systems and collaborate with partners to ensure accurate financial reporting
**Your profile**
* A degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
* Strong background in cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting, ideally in a technology or IT services environment
* Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
**Languages:** English – advanced
