## Job Description
* As a Financial Expert you ensure quality, timely submission and compliance of IFRS reporting for Home Comfort (HC) entities in own responsibility.
* You prepare quarterly reviews with management incl. balance sheet and P&L analysis as well as shared service performance.
* For all HC Group companies, you will be available as a contact person for all questions relating to IFRS accounting.
* You identify potential improvements and pursue their implementation within the HC Finance Community, Shared Service Centres and with other centres as well as stakeholders. Thereby, you are promoting the continuous improvement process.
* Furthermore, you ensure the consistency of internal and external financial reporting KPIs and carry out reconciliations if required.
* You ensure the compliance with local GAAP requirements for financial reporting and manage the internal approval process for the local financial statements of the HC units in your area of responsibility.
* In addition, you support the preparation of shareholder and board meetings for legal entities within your area of responsibility.
* Last but not least, you collaborate with various departments (legal entities, shared service, finance, controlling as well as corporate departments) and auditors.
## Qualifications
* **Education:** studies in the Field of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or comparable
* **Experience and Knowledge:** several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position with very good IFRS accounting knowledge, very good knowledge of consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, S/4 Group Reporting), SAP FI as well as MS Office (esp. Excel)
* **Personality and Working Practice:** you are a team player, responsible, analytical, flexible, solution-orientated and reliable; you also have excellent communication skills and can work under time pressure
* **Enthusiasm:** affinity for numbers, enjoy working in an international team with challenging and complex issues
* **Languages:** fluent in English
