Anforderungen
- •2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or FP&A ideally in a B2B software or SaaS startup
- •Solid understanding of Excel modeling and financial analysis
- •Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- •Confidence in working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders
- •Proficiency in MS Office and digital finance tools
- •Business fluency in English and German
- •Strong interest in AI tools applied to Finance
- •Hands-on experience with DATEV, Spendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools
- •Exposure to SaaS revenue models, subscription metrics, and revenue recognition
- •Experience with process automation or optimizing finance workflows
- •Understanding of software cost structures and SaaS KPIs
