# Finance Specialist (m/f/d) - semiconductor industry **Heimstetten,DEU** | **Full time** With a strong intension to strengthen our team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Finance Specialist (m/f/d)** to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, CAPEX-investment analysis, and strategic decision support. This role demands strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** **Planning & Budgeting:** * Support annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and strategic business planning processes * Prepare materials for executive leadership **Financial Analysis & Modeling:** * Analyze business performance and provide insights on financial trends and KPIs * Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance * Conduct scenario analysis and modeling (e.g. headcount, spending) * Highlight risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for management decision-making **CAPEX-investment Support**: * Evaluate CAPEX investments and assist in business case development * Conduct capital reviews, and perform post-mortem analyses **Required qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
