**Your tasks**
* Manage month-end close processes for vendor invoices, payroll, telecom and occupancy costs; performing accruals and ensure correct bookings
* Use tools and technology to generate and present financial reports and dashboards to management
* Perform monthly cost analyses and investigate variances for Operations Management
* Create and maintain business plans for European vendor and captive sites in collaboration with stakeholders
* Monitor and control payroll, occupancy, telecom and vendor expenses, ensuring accurate cost allocations
* Maintain and update monthly Cost and Volume reporting structure
**Your qualifications**
* Excellent English written and spoken
