Anforderungen
- •University degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- •Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or a related role
- •Hands-on knowledge with ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO, Navision/Dynamics 365 and/or Oracle) and data management tools
- •Strong understanding of Finance systems, processes and data flows (e.g., GL, AP, AR)
- •Proficiency with MDM concepts
- •Good understanding of data models, reference data, and hierarchical structures
- •Experience with data integration and transformation (e.g., IDocs, APIs, ETL) and data quality tools is an advantage
- •Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) is a plus

- •Own and improve finance master data governance
- •Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance
- •Manage the lifecycle of master data in Navision and SAP FI/CO
- •Monitor data quality and identify root causes of issues
- •Drive sustainable improvements with Business, Tech, and Data teams
- •Support and develop the Finance ERP landscape and integrations
- •Design and optimize master data processes for efficiency
- •Automate processes to reduce errors and enable growth
- •Act as a key contact for data-related incidents
- •Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements
