* Lead and develop a team of 4 accounting professionals
* Oversee all financial accounting processes:
* Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, General Ledger
* Treasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting
* Manage the financial aspects of payroll processes
* Ensure timely and accurate Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings (US GAAP & HGB)
