Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead and develop a team of 4 accountants.
  • •Oversee financial accounting processes including AR and AP.
  • •Manage fixed assets and general ledger activities.
  • •Handle treasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting.
  • •Manage payroll financial aspects.
  • •Ensure timely Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings.
  • •Coordinate statutory fiscal year-end closing.
  • •Manage internal and external audits.
  • •Act as a business partner to senior management.
  • •Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • •Support cross-functional projects and liaise with tax consultants.

# Finance Manager (f/m/d) **Jena, Germany** | **Full time** **Job Description/Preferred Qualifications** * Lead and develop a team of 4 accounting professionals * Oversee all financial accounting processes: * Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, General Ledger * Treasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting * Manage the financial aspects of payroll processes * Ensure timely and accurate Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings (US GAAP & HGB) * Coordinate statutory fiscal year-end closing * Manage internal and external Audits * Act as a business partner to senior management in Germany, Israel, and the US * Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations * Drive process optimization and implement new financial procedures * Support cross-functional projects and act as key contact for tax consultants and auditors **Minimum Qualifications** * 6+ years of finance experience in an international environment (semiconductor industry a plus) * 3+ years of managerial experience in finance teams * University degree in Finance, Tax, Auditing, or related field * Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills with a commitment to deadlines * Shown leadership and team collaboration abilities * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Process improvement mentality and multitasking capability * Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) * Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated * Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) What we offer: * Permanent full-time employment * Performance-based, attractive pay * Variable compensation components, e.g. participation in company stock purchase plan * Outstanding social benefits * Extensive initial and needs-oriented training * Challenging and varied responsibilities in a highly motivated and qualified team *KLA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer*
