As a Plant Finance Manager (Finance Manager Produktionsstandort), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to the Seefeld Plant team and direct support to the Plant Director
* Being a strong business partner supporting the plant financial scorecard, continuous improvement initiatives, inventory/production analysis, and other short- to long term plant financial decisions
* Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support plant rhythms, month end close and costing activities, QORs/MREs, OP and Strat Plans
* Collaborating with the business segments and Global Supply Chain organizations to support investment financial return analysis at the site
* Analyze plant spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate and execute productivity improvement opportunities
* Regularly measuring and assessing plant performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to predict results and drive corrective actions to meet targets
* Developing understanding of impacts to the plant financials driven by sales volume, mix, demand planning and supply planning dynamics to drive productivity at the site
* Monitoring external economic factors to support the plant management decision process
* Developing and driving end-to-end processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support the site
* Ensuring compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirements
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Business Administration
* Extensive experience working in finance organizations
* Finance experience within a manufacturing environment
* Fluent German and English skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* CPA, CMA or equivalent international certification
* SAP knowledge in Manufacturing environment
* Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions
