Deine Aufgaben
- •Monitor the Order-To-Cash process for ADC Germany webshop
- •Ensure timely processing and invoicing of all orders
- •Drive improvements in the cash collection process for better visibility, speed, and accuracy
- •Facilitate communication between technical reimbursement and cash collection processes
- •Oversee the reconciliation between the internal general ledger and external sub-ledger
- •Escalate challenges to Senior Management promptly
- •Book bad debt reserves and sales allowances while analyzing cash collection risks
- •Prepare quarterly and annual Balance Sheet forecasts with high accuracy
- •Report monthly on actual vs benchmark for Balance Sheet
- •Act as a financial business partner in meetings with Statutory Health Institutions
- •Troubleshoot financial issues in daily operations
- •Provide ad-hoc support for order-to-cash related projects
- •Review and approve rebate agreements and disbursements
- •Coordinate internal and external audits and SOX requests
