Anforderungen

  • •CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification
  • •5–10+ years of experience in corporate finance, controlling, or FP&A roles
  • •Strong understanding of FP&A systems, data structures, and modern reporting tools
  • •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • •Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • •Strategic thinking and pragmatic approach to execution

  • •Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for central functions
  • •Act as a trusted business partner to functional leaders
  • •Provide financial insights and scenario analyses
  • •Monitor and analyze functional spending
  • •Identify cost drivers and ensure alignment with goals
  • •Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses
  • •Create executive-level presentations for senior management
  • •Ensure transparency and accountability for functional budgets
  • •Collaborate with HR on headcount planning and OPEX management
  • •Evaluate and streamline FP&A processes
  • •Standardize reporting and month-end activities
  • •Identify automation opportunities in reporting and forecasting
  • •Drive adoption of best-in-class FP&A tools and methodologies
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives for operational excellence
  • •Establish and improve governance and quality standards
  • •Partner with Finance Systems and IT to enhance planning systems
  • •Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial models
  • •Develop scalable reporting frameworks for stakeholders
  • •Support implementation and maintenance of enterprise planning systems
