- •7+ years of financial leadership experience
- •Success managing finances for multi-client portfolios and large-scale projects
- •Strong experience with German financial regulations and compliance
- •Ability to lead and develop small teams
- •Commercial mindset and client engagement skills
- •Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- •Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and mentor a finance team of 3–4 professionals
- •Foster collaboration between finance and client delivery teams
- •Act as a trusted financial partner to client leads and business teams
- •Review client contracts, pricing structures, and scopes of work
- •Manage financial relationships with clients and assist in negotiations
- •Oversee monthly and year-end closing processes
- •Conduct forecasting and annual budgeting
- •Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for leadership
- •Manage revenue recognition, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow
- •Monitor performance against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities
- •Support recruitment and resourcing decisions for healthy billability ratios
- •Collaborate on operational efficiency and cost management
- •Implement and improve financial processes and internal controls
- •Ensure compliance with Omnicom Global policies and German regulations
- •Support internal and external audits as required
- •Provide commercial leadership in client pitches and new business opportunities
- •Partner with the President and Regional CFO on financial strategy
