Anforderungen

•Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
•Substantial experience in controlling, FP&A or commercial finance in an international environment
•Fluency in English and confidence with ERP systems (SAP knowledge advantageous)
•Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and IFRS reporting
•Analytical strength with business acumen and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
•Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders with financial insights
•Structured, hands-on work style with high ownership, accuracy and compliance awareness
•Enjoyment of leading teams and collaborating in a cross-functional, matrix-driven organisation

•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
•Manage financial performance and reporting
•Deliver accurate month-end closing and variance analysis
•Provide actionable financial insights for commercial decisions
•Drive profitability through pricing and margin analysis
•Evaluate business cases and strategic investment opportunities
•Ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
•Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition
•Support digitalization and improvement of financial systems
•Lead and develop the Finance team, promoting accountability
