Deine Aufgaben

•Partner and coach for Trench Group factories and Sales Hubs
•Support Regional Sales - Key Account and Business Development teams
•Review terms and conditions for customer contracts
•Prepare customer contracts and support negotiations
•Administer global Agent and Distributorship network
•Ensure efficient reporting and compliance adherence
•Analyze and control Sales performance KPIs
•Prepare and review Sales volume and win/loss analysis
•Identify growth opportunities and adjust regional Sales strategies
•Contribute to digitalization initiatives in Sales organization
•Support annual Strategic Planning process and quarterly Forecast
•Coordinate bid release process and prepare bids
•Work on process improvements for bid preparation
•Set up new Trench entities and monitor Sales performance
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize information flow
