Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or equivalent
- •At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- •Familiarity with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS
- •High proficiency in spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2)
- •Mandarin is a plus
- •Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems
- •Business-finance integration mindset and strong commercial acumen
- •Interpersonal and communication skills
- •Ability to manage pressure under work
- •Willingness to work onsite in Munich office

Deine Aufgaben
- •Join SAP ERP configuration and go-live process
- •Participate in subsidiary Finance department 0-1 process and migration from Datev to SAP
- •Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Maintain accounts receivable and revenue recognition
- •Analyze and reconcile AR aging report
- •Prepare annual rebate calculation and project-based accounting
- •Maintain accounts payable and check expense claims
- •Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
- •Conduct periodic expense breakdown and actual vs. budget analysis
- •Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
- •Collaborate with external tax consultants for tax filing preparation
- •Work with external auditors during annual auditing process
- •Monitor stock-taking and ensure company assets security
- •Perform financial ratio and performance analysis
- •Manage cash flow, including forecasting and variance analysis
