Anforderungen
- •Knowledge of German GAAP and US GAAP
- •Written and verbal communication in English and German
- •Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- •Ability to analyze, interpret, and report large volumes of data
- •Ability to work effectively in a team
- •Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- •Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- •Ability to maintain confidentiality to ensure compliance with GDPR
- •Knowledge of JDE 9.2
- •Bachelor's Degree or Master's student in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration

Deine Aufgaben
- •Process supplier invoices in the ERP system
- •Review supplier statements regularly
- •Respond to supplier queries
- •Ensure invoices are ready for payment on time
- •Participate in payment run reviews
- •Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely goods receipt
- •Review and process employee cash expenses and credit cards per PCI T&E policy
- •Monthly review of aged creditors and GRNI reports
- •Create and distribute sales invoices and credit notes to clients
- •Reconcile monthly revenue in accordance with German and US GAAP
- •Prepare and review revenue and margin reports for customers
- •Manage customer invoice queries while fostering positive relationships
- •Assist in managing and collecting overdue debts
- •Support year-end audit requests
- •Complete month-end procedures and reconciliations
- •Investigate variances in financial reports
- •Contribute to business process improvements and lean practices
- •Perform any other reasonable duties as required
