- •10+ years of experience in finance leadership
- •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
- •Experience in an international context
- •Excellence in finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting
- •Experience in the Big 4 and finance leader position
- •Experience in the HR field
- •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana), advanced Excel, and Power BI
- •Knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP
- •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams
- •Pragmatic and adaptable with ability to work under pressure
- •Full professional proficiency in English and German

- •Advise the Managing Director on growth and margin expansion
- •Manage and update budget, forecast, and monthly performance processes
- •Enhance financial processes through simplification and automation
- •Lead and develop the accounting, HR, and procurement team
- •Oversee Month-End and Year-End Closings with accurate reporting
- •Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
- •Serve as the main contact for group and statutory audits
