Anforderungen

  • •10+ years of experience in finance leadership
  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
  • •Experience in an international context
  • •Excellence in finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting
  • •Experience in the Big 4 and finance leader position
  • •Experience in the HR field
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana), advanced Excel, and Power BI
  • •Knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP
  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • •Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams
  • •Pragmatic and adaptable with ability to work under pressure
  • •Full professional proficiency in English and German

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Advise the Managing Director on growth and margin expansion
  • •Manage and update budget, forecast, and monthly performance processes
  • •Enhance financial processes through simplification and automation
  • •Lead and develop the accounting, HR, and procurement team
  • •Oversee Month-End and Year-End Closings with accurate reporting
  • •Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
  • •Serve as the main contact for group and statutory audits
