  • •Perform initial tests and hand over to clients
  • •Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance
  • •Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
  • •Keep equipment running efficiently to reduce downtime
  • •Provide on-site or remote technical support
  • •Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • •Train operators on equipment use and troubleshooting
  • •Maintain service logs and complete reports
  • •Document technical issues and solutions
  • •Report findings to the service team
  • •Act as the face of the company to customers
  • •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • •Explain technical issues clearly and professionally
  • •Follow safety regulations and company policies
  • •Ensure equipment complies with industry standards
  • •Execute risk assessments when required
  • •Travel frequently to customer sites on short notice
