Anforderungen

•Completed degree in electrical engineering, medical technology, or relevant training
•Professional experience as a Field Service Engineer desirable
•Strong customer orientation
•High travel activity and flexibility
•Reliability and conscientiousness
•Good MS Office skills
•Good English skills, ideally another foreign language
•Willingness to travel in Germany and Europe

•Perform technical troubleshooting for all capital equipment products
•Serve as the point of contact for all technical inquiries
•Work with schematics and flow diagrams
•Provide on-site training for customers
•Develop and maintain customer relationships
•Exchange information with relevant internal and external stakeholders, especially sales and technical services
