Anforderungen
- •Completed degree in electrical engineering, medical technology, or relevant training
- •Professional experience as a Field Service Engineer desirable
- •Strong customer orientation
- •High travel activity and flexibility
- •Reliability and conscientiousness
- •Good MS Office skills
- •Good English skills, ideally another foreign language
- •Willingness to travel in Germany and Europe

- •Repair and maintain capital equipment in clinical settings
- •Perform technical troubleshooting for all capital equipment products
- •Serve as the point of contact for all technical inquiries
- •Work with schematics and flow diagrams
- •Provide on-site training for customers
- •Develop and maintain customer relationships
- •Exchange information with relevant internal and external stakeholders, especially sales and technical services
