Anforderungen
- •Bachelor or Technical degree in Electronic or Biomedical
- •Experience as Biomedical Technician, ideally in Medical devices or new starter from school
- •Fluency in German and good knowledge of English, both oral and written
- •Strong technical orientation and troubleshooting ability
- •Good skills in MS Office
- •Basic knowledge of MSSQL Database and PL/SQL scripting
- •Ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence
- •Performance orientation and ability to meet targets
- •Ability to travel 70%
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •Ability to train others on technical matters
- •Effective interaction with all levels of staff in problem solving
- •Team player working closely with Sales and Customer Service

Deine Aufgaben
- •Perform maintenance on Infusion & Pyxis products
- •Install and implement CFN Infusion products
- •Provide sales support at customer sites
- •Manage the technical hotline
- •Conduct technical training sessions
- •Coordinate service contracts
- •Oversee service provider coordination
- •Handle service administration tasks
- •Develop technical service relationships with sales and customer service
- •Act as the technical expert for product installation and maintenance
- •Offer technical support for contract and tender quotations
- •Represent the country for infusion pumps and Pyxis products
- •Propose organizational changes to optimize GCS processes
- •Identify opportunities for additional service revenue
- •Contribute to GCS standardization efforts
- •Ensure compliance with quality procedures and protocols
- •Maintain service communication literature in line with brand identity and regulatory requirements
