Anforderungen

•Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field
•5+ years of service experience in a related role
•Excellent judgment in customer relations
•Strong proficiency in instrument systems technology
•Experience with electronics, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
•Proficiency in English and preferably German
•Ability to travel internationally up to 30%

•Provide on-site training for maintenance and basic operation
•Maintain local spare parts inventory
•Dispatch third-party service providers for on-site work
•Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with service
•Supervise customer contract status and schedule on-site PM visits
•Complete and submit service documentation accurately and on time
