Anforderungen

  • •University or technical college studies in biotechnology, electrical engineering, or technical training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or technician's degree
  • •Application experience with bioprocess
  • •Profound knowledge of bioprocess engineering or process engineering
  • •Very good knowledge of Eppendorf bioprocess device
  • •Very good English skills and solid German skills for internal communication
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours and willingness to travel (max. 70%, overnight, within EMEA-region, focus on Western Europe)
  • •IT knowledge of hardware and software, operating systems, and network knowledge
  • •Profound user of MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics
  • •Registered residence in Germany required at start of employment

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic customers
  • •Achieve strategic and operational goals for the bioprocess business in EMEA
  • •Enhance customer satisfaction and brand image through premium service support
  • •Identify future customer requirements and communicate product improvements
  • •Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and training on bioprocess devices
  • •Execute service calls for installations, maintenance, repairs, and modifications
  • •Conduct infield and remote application training for products
  • •Process technical customer inquiries via email, phone, and CRM system
  • •Support sales colleagues with application and technical issues
  • •Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
