Anforderungen

  • •Field Service experience in the Semiconductor Business
  • •Knowledge of equipment fault detection, electrical, mechanical, and software experience
  • •Experience in Semiconductor applications
  • •College/University degree or several years of professional experience in engineering / E&I
  • •Ability to work unsupervised yet within a team setting
  • •Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills
  • •Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • •Ability to travel regularly throughout Europe, approximately 40% of the time

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Install new tools in the European region
  • •Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of Metrology and Inspection tools
  • •Respond to tool downtime situations in Europe
  • •Address maintenance requests as needed
  • •Provide requested documentation and feedback to the US factory
  • •Offer feedback to the sales team for potential leads
  • •Deliver Applications feedback for continuous product improvement
