## Job Description
**About the role**
In this role as **Field Commercial Training Manager, CE&O** you apply your learning expertise and business knowledge to develop and deploy a learning strategy that drives field commercial teams’ performance and measurable business outcomes. You are a critical therapeutic areas (TA) and affiliate partner to implement successful learning strategies and drive the pull-through of global programs, working across TAs and countries; You support the translation of Brand & Disease data into effective learning interventions and enable appropriate solutions (learning or otherwise) to achieve TA goals and support countries’ needs.
You will report to the CE&O Head of Customer Engagement
Location: Baar, Switzerland as per our 50% hybrid working policy
**What you'll do**
Learning Strategy
· Cultivate deep business knowledge and engage as a L&D expert with TAs/iCOE and countries’ teams to support and enable the Product & Disease Learning Strategy in support of field teams near and long-term learning and development needs along the product life cycle.
· Engage as a solutions and training expert with countries’ cross-functional teams to support the pull through of Global Programs
· Coordinate the deliver world-class learning programs and modules, empowering markets to run learning and training interventions to upskill and enable high-performance field teams, including all new hire training, ongoing and advanced training, product launches, self-paced learning programs, and other identified training opportunities and methodologies.
· Ensures ongoing training and development meets current field needs and is delivered effectively using adult learning principles, instructional design principles, and conducting needs analysis to create critical programs - drives professional skills development of Commercial team members aligned to their competencies.
· Assess learning needs and devise flexible, scalable solutions to create demonstrable business impact. Measure and report results and adapt as necessary.
· Understand the needs of different customer groups and drive a patient-centric mindset and service-oriented culture as a critical learning foundation.
· Set clear communication about learning programs and implementation plans and support continued awareness of available global L&D resources.
· Drive Best Practices to support knowledge exchange and collaboration across countries, identifying opportunities to scale up innovative local programs
· Drive excellent Project management, manage timelines, effectively communicate with all stakeholders, and negotiate the necessary resources.
· Provide administrative oversight, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to all relevant policies and SOPs

· Drive Training Standards and Governance, and support evolution of Learning Frameworks.
· Foster experience exchange and learning loops through internal community engagement, nurturing, and supporting new ideas to evolve current practice

## Qualifications
* Education: BA/BS degree required
* Minimum of 7 years in Learning, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Desired experience in working in Affiliate and Regional roles.
* Proven track record of planning and delivering high-impact Learning programs at launch and across the product life cycle.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, influencing and leading large international programs.
* Desired experience in Customer-facing activities.
* Field experience is a plus.
* Experience planning, negotiating, and allocating resources, including people and outside spending across a portfolio of Brands.
