Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
- •2+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor failure analysis, yield/debug, or metrology
- •Solid understanding of semiconductor device behavior and common failure modes
- •Strong troubleshooting and measurement mindset
- •Confident customer communication: clear, calm, structured, and professional
- •Willingness and ability to travel internationally (US/Asia) in multi-week blocks
- •High ownership, collaborative, hands-on attitude in a fast-moving environment
- •Hands-on experience with FA localization techniques such as LIT, OBIRCH, and PEM
- •Background at a semiconductor tool company in a customer-facing role
- •Strong technical writing skills: producing customer-facing FA reports or application notes

Deine Aufgaben
- •Run customer sample projects end-to-end
- •Conduct measurements and data-quality checks
- •Deliver customer-ready outputs
- •Support live demos for customers
- •Develop workflows, playbooks, and training material from customer questions
- •Lead on-site installations and commissioning
- •Perform acceptance and performance checks
- •Train customer teams on operation and first-level troubleshooting
- •Troubleshoot optics, lasers, mechanics, electronics, software, and data workflows
- •Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- •Manage support cases to closure with clear documentation
- •Provide structured feedback to improve uptime and user experience
