Anforderungen

  • •Degree or certification in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
  • •Experience in Finance (controlling/accounting/costing) in operations/industrial context
  • •Proficiency in French and English
  • •Strong SAP/GLOBE expertise and advanced Excel
  • •Knowledge of Nestlé Costing Standard for Manufacturing, IFRS-based accounting & reporting guidelines, internal control principles, and manufacturing process
  • •Core functional skills in Financial cost analytics, Product/Activity-based costing, SAP, Excel, and IFRS
  • •Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, organization and analytical rigor, and high ethical standards

  • •Post inventory differences accurately and timely
  • •Lead variable cost analysis
  • •Deliver robust variance analysis and commentary
  • •Provide forecasts for management reporting
  • •Coordinate the factory budget process
  • •Ensure reliable variable labor costs
  • •Support labor revisions
  • •Contribute to per-100 kg product cost analysis
  • •Drive goal alignment and problem solving
  • •Optimize controlling processes and standard routines
