## Job Description

As F&B Manager (m/w/x), you will play a central role in our hotel operations, overseeing, developing, and motivating our 9-member team. With strong leadership skills and organizational talent, you’ll ensure your team reaches its full potential and achieves departmental goals alongside you.
You’ll guarantee that all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently, consistently providing top-quality food, beverages, and service to our guests. Your eye for detail ensures a pleasant, safe, and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff. Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations is one of your key priority.
You will also be actively involved in daily financial management, handling tasks such as cost control, inventory management, monthly closings, and stock-taking analysis. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for the F&B team’s scheduling and time tracking.
As a passionate host, you work flexibly in shifts and lead by example in delivering excellent service – always with the goal of enhancing the guest experience.
