- •Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
- •Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
- •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, and technical infrastructure
- •Experience with CAD/BIM tools is an advantage
- •Very good command of English and accustomed to working in an international environment

- •Conduct building and asset audits, as well as lifecycle and condition assessments
- •Support sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities
- •Analyze and optimize infrastructure and service costs, including energy, space, and services
