Anforderungen

  • •3–5 years of plant management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
  • •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • •Minimum 3 years in chemical or adhesive industry preferred
  • •Technical apprenticeship degree
  • •SAP knowledge

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead facility operations for production, quality, EHS, and KPIs
  • •Implement techniques for productivity, yield, and quality improvement
  • •Troubleshoot internal quality issues and execute corrective actions
  • •Investigate customer complaints and implement root cause solutions
  • •Recommend and drive process improvements for products
  • •Support R&D with product introductions, scale-up, and material acquisition
  • •Lead projects focused on enhancing quality and productivity
  • •Manage non-production facility issues and liaise with the local Works Council
