Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related disciplines
- •Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in FM operational role managing several sites
- •Experience working with international teams
- •Strong experience managing IFM service contracts
- •Understanding of supplier and IFM performance metrics
- •Financial acumen
- •Strong organizational skills
- •Good organizational and time management skills
- •Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- •Strong communication skills in German and English, knowledge of Spanish, Italian and/or French is a plus

- •Oversee outsourced facility management contracts
- •Optimize costs, carbon footprint, and workplace experience
- •Manage local office support contracts, including canteen and records management
- •Handle local stakeholder management and budget processing
- •Support sustainability, security, and health & safety teams
- •Supervise facility services contracts in Geneva and Zug
- •Ensure supplier performance meets agreed service level agreements
- •Resolve day-to-day operational issues and drive continuous improvement
- •Coordinate site operations to ensure uninterrupted property services
- •Measure and report on facility service contract metrics
- •Ensure compliance with health and safety obligations
- •Manage document scanning and digital mailroom services
- •Oversee courier and Swiss Post services
- •Handle records management and outsourced archiving
- •Process office supply orders
- •Control local facility management budget and deliver cost savings
- •Manage purchase order requests and invoice processing
- •Report monthly variables for budget approval
- •Manage Zug office sub-tenant relationships
- •Generate office usage data reports
- •Support global departments with local sustainability and security initiatives
