In this role, you will lead production teams to meet goals while ensuring safety and quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include training staff, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new projects, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Anforderungen

• •Completed technical training as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, mechatronics technician, or industrial electronics technician
• •At least 3 years of professional experience in a production-related environment or at least 5 years of internal experience with solid knowledge of products and systems
• •Successfully completed training for setting up presses (desirable)
• •Proficient use of SAP, Hydra, and MS Office
• •Strong technical understanding and interest in various processing methods
• •Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, and solution-oriented work
• •Strategic and tactical thinking as well as independent action
• •Teamwork, flexibility, and quality awareness
