Anforderungen
- •Completed technical training as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, mechatronics technician, or industrial electronics technician
- •At least 3 years of professional experience in a production-related environment or at least 5 years of internal experience with solid knowledge of products and systems
- •Successfully completed training for setting up presses (desirable)
- •Proficient use of SAP, Hydra, and MS Office
- •Strong technical understanding and interest in various processing methods
- •Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, and solution-oriented work
- •Strategic and tactical thinking as well as independent action
- •Teamwork, flexibility, and quality awareness

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead production teams to achieve team and production goals
- •Set up and release production lines and related processes
- •Promote workplace safety and implement TEOA tools
- •Train team members on production lines and create necessary documentation
- •Ensure adherence to quality standards
- •Initiate and track corrective actions for troubleshooting
- •Monitor data collection in systems and implement corrections
- •Contribute to process improvements
- •Assist in implementing new products and projects on the lines
- •Conduct and oversee maintenance and repair work with supervisor support
- •Daily check of the line for safety and report improvements or deviations
- •Perform LFRM
- •Conduct first piece approval
- •Respect the 8QB processes
