Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
  • •Proven experience in leading technical teams in analytics or data governance
  • •Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI technologies
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance
  • •Strong ability to turn data into compelling stories and best practice visualizations
  • •Experience with data governance principles and best practices
  • •Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and other relevant programming languages
  • •Knowledge of the English language

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead and manage the PowerBI support team
  • •Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
  • •Implement and enforce Fabric and PowerBI governance policies
  • •Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • •Guide the team in building and maintaining the Fabrics data lakehouse
  • •Enable efficient reporting for IT-provided and self-service reports
  • •Align with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations
  • •Support the enhancement of data modeling standards for the Fabrics lakehouse
  • •Promote best practices within the data citizen community
  • •Provide resources and training for community growth
  • •Monitor team performance and offer mentorship opportunities
  • •Ensure reports comply with Accelleron reporting standards
  • •Stay updated on PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric trends for strategic improvements
