| * Support in the creation of standard IT shopfloor processes for the production facilities of PowerCo SE * Support on creating a standard and unified 1st level support for Powerco's IT Shopfloor Systems * Support on the creation of Support team to operate IT shopfloor related systems * Manage and coordinate 3rd party teams * Coordinate with information security department to create security standards for Powerco plants's shopfloors * Technical support and maintenance of manufacturing IT systems, including hardware, software and network components * Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related issues in manufacturing to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production * Work closely with production, Logistics and Qualitity teams to integrate IT systems into manufacturing processes to ensure data accuracy and system reliability * Planning and execution of system upgrades, new installations and configuration changes to improve production processes * Maintaining detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures * Ensuring that all IT systems comply with company guidelines, industry standards and legal requirements * Providing training and support to manufacturing personnel on IT systems and best practices |

| * Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field * At least 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment * Knowledge of Production network, shopfloor security , hardware configuration and troubleshooting * Knowledge about Shopfloor IT Hardware management solutions (e.g. SOTI) * Experience Related production or shopfloor systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Energy managment systems, Automated warehouse systems * Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
